Families, friends and supporters invited to come along

Each age group will have an allocated area in which to gather. Being in the afternoon we do not envisage the need to have marquees. We would encourage picnic blankets and chairs.

2.30pm – 3.00pm
- Trophies and photos will be available in the Clubhouse for collection by Managers/Coaches
- Armbands available for collection from the admin desk in the Clubhouse
Please note any not collected at this time will not be available until 5.15pm as committee members will be attending their children’s presentations and the Club Presentations

3.00-4.15pm
- Team Presentations
- Food Trucks open
- Bar opens

4.30 – 5.00/5.15pm
- Move to the hill for Club Presentations
