With the 2017 Rugby season almost upon us, Norths is looking to help our 10s, 11s and 12s prepare for a big season with the Rugby Academy program during February. Starting on 3 February and to be held every Wednesday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm, the Academy program looks to build the boys/girls fitness as well as sharpening key Rugby skills. A number of our coaches will be on hand to lead the sessions, allowing the boys/girls to be exposed to different ideas and expertise. To cap things off each session will conclude with a sausage sizzle.

Perfect for new players just starting looking to learn the basics as well as for the more experienced boys to sharpen their techniques, the Norths Rugby Academy offers something for all players.
